Angel in Training

Protect her charge. Solve her own murder. Earn her wings.

Dying in an alley off Bourbon Street, Angelina Connors thought she had asked the Archangel Michael to save her. Instead, he gave her a rare opportunity to become an angel. But to earn her wings, she must follow the rules: don’t tell anyone what she is, and do everything in her power to keep one human alive.

Except that human is rookie detective, Joshua Walsh, and he’s in over his head with the serial killer case he’s working on. Plaguing the streets of New Orleans, the killer seems to be picking victims at random. Until Angel discovers she was one of his victims and her death wasn’t as random as she thought.

Now all she needs to do is convince Joshua that there’s something supernatural behind the increased murder-rate in the city, all while making sure she doesn’t break the most important rule for angels:

Don’t fall in love with a human.

Because breaking that rule will lead to a fate worse than death…

Angel Eclipsed

She was supposed to protect humanity, not set Lucifer loose on it…

Angel set Lucifer free but instead of being cast out, she has been rewarded and given her wings.

Michael, the archangel who should be helping her, doesn’t believe Lucifer is alive – he is the one who killed him, after all. Instead he’s keeping her occupied with other tasks.

Lucifer isn’t the only problem the Crescent City is facing: according to Raphael and his partner, St. Patrick, the Plague of Snakes might also be causing trouble. Combined with the cherubim who are more interesting in proving Michael wrong than helping put Lucifer back in hell, Angel’s got her work cut out.

And then there’s her charge…

With her feelings for Joshua growing, Angel is convinced that the best way for him to stay alive is for her to stay away.

Now a fully-fledged angel, it’s time for Angel to grow up, step up, and get Lucifer back in Hell. Easier said than done when the ones in charge aren’t forthcoming with the information…

Angel Tormented

When help is coming from the son of Beelzebub himself, you know things aren’t going well…

New Orleans doesn’t just have Lucifer to worry about.

Taking up residence in the Crescent City are countless nephilim and far too many of the Fallen. Unfortunately, one of those fallen angels is also Joshua’s Lieutenant.

With the precinct compromised and Joshua’s partner looking for answers Angel can’t give him, the only thing looking up for Angel is her relationship with her charge.

After a tip from a nephilim sends Angel and Michael on a deadly mission to investigate how the lieutenant is linked with a pop star, it’s up to Angel and Cupid to pick up the pieces and get the House functioning again.

With offers of help coming from unlikely sources; rogue cherubim, a bitter voodoo queen, and the son of Beelzebub himself, Angel’s got to keep her guard up and work out who she can trust. Before she gets killed again.

Angel in Crisis

In the run up to Christmas, New Orleans is usually abuzz with excitement and festivity.

This year is different.

Asmodeus may have been defeated but the atmosphere in New Orleans is palpable. With the rest of the world watching, and people scared about what might happen next, evil is taking advantage of the chaos. Crime is on the increase in the city and the teenage culprits are proving more challenging to stop than the Fallen.

New Orleans is in trouble…

Inside the convent the tension is equally thick and tempers are beginning to fray. Half the building is in ruins, the other half is barely habitable, yet angelic duties must continue. Despite frequent clashes with the virtues, Grace and Metatron have permitted Angel and Cupid to clear up their own mess - but without Michael, they have to run the house and recruit potentials, whilst still protecting their charges.

… and the former House of Michael is in crisis mode.

Angel Exalted

Sometimes the greatest battles are fought with weapons. Sometimes they’re fought with the heart.

With Lucifer defeated and Michael back, things should be returning to normal. Only, they’re not. Despite defeating some of the most powerful fallen angels in history, Heaven isn’t happy. The death count was too high, and the fall out too public.

Their answer: replace Cupid with Zachary.

Dealing with that Zach-ass is hard enough without being caught up in the vendetta Paddy is trying to lead against the remaining fallen angels in the city. Ty is locked in her crosshairs, and it’s up to Angel to keep the nephilim safe.

But it’s someone closer to home who really needs the protection…

Ever since the battle against Lucifer, Joshua hasn’t been the same. It’s almost like he’s not Joshua anymore. Angel must work out who she can trust to protect her charge when the crosshairs shift and it’s Joshua in the middle of them. Because it’s not just going to be Paddy who wants revenge – it’s going to be the whole of Heaven.

Angelic Schemes

Lilah was the first. The first human to become an angel. The first angel to be promoted to archangel. And the first angel to release Lucifer from hell.

When the Archangel Michael offers her the opportunity of becoming an angel rather than going to Heaven, Lilah had assumed that earning her wings is the hardest challenge.

That was the easy part.

Michael’s instructions had been clear: follow the rules or lose your wings. Only, when Lilah fell in love with her charge, the world didn’t end… In fact, nothing at all happened.

When seeking answers that Heaven refuse to give her, Lilah finds that things are not all that they seem within Heaven.

The virtues aren’t so virtuous, the Seraphim seem to be playing God rather than answering to him, and the archangels are oblivious to everything. Instead, vital information is coming from the one place that Lilah’s been told she must stay away from: the Fallen. Her sworn enemy.

Torn by mistrust, disillusion and guilt, and desperate to protect the one she loves, Lilah needs to decide which side to believe. And soon…
